Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still includes all relevant parts and components, and the packaging arrived exactly as the product did.

Normal handling of the product is visible; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product was identified as defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the refund will be officially confirmed within that period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, to begin the return process you must take the following steps.

Send an email to: support@eleanor-boston.com

Make sure the email includes the following information:

Order number / Reason for the return request / Photo of the product in case of damage / Customer's first + last name / Customer's address

We will then get in touch with you and provide you with the return address. Never send a return to the sender; we will send you the correct address once we receive your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

CANCELLATION

We do not accept cancellations of orders once they have been confirmed. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must wait for it to be delivered and then proceed with a return in accordance with our policy. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund, depending on the reason for the return.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provision below, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession:

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right to cancel The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received or took possession of the last goods.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. As a result, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible at the moment the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Eleanor Boston, by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is finalized once we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Provision for shipments in transit

Because our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To guarantee you the fastest possible refund, please send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we received from you, except for delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.

Policy on damaged or defective products If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within the specified time and provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos or videos). After the issue has been verified, a replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
